Returns Policy
Otito of course hope you love your order.
However, if you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of your order being dispatched to receive your Returns Order Number.
Item(s) can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
Without affecting your statutory rights there are reasons why we can not accepts returns, these excluded items are as follows;-
- perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk)
- medicines
- items personalised for you
- sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)
The item(s) are returned at the buyers cost and the buyer will not be reimbursed for this cost by Otito.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an item which is damaged/defective* or incorrect (which were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged or no lid) we will arrange for postal/courier label, which you can drop of at a designated location. Once we are in receipt of your return, we can either offer a full refund for the goods, credit or a replacement order.
Refund Policy
Once we have received your package, providing the items have been returned in a re-saleable condition your refund will be issued without delay.
Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. This can take up to 14 days to show on your statement from the time of issue. Please be aware that this varies by bank and payment methods, and that PayPal transactions show immediately.
Delivery charges are non refundable, you will be refunded the cost of the product only. (This is only applicable if you have been charged delivery).
Delivery charges will be refunded in the following cases:
- non-delivered item(s)
- damaged/defective item(s)
- incorrect item(s)
